Palisade Club of Pacific Palisade at Braemar Hill, North Point, H.K.
The Palisade Club is the resident club for the Pacific Palisade. The scope of consultancy included the modification and upgrading of M & E services to satisfy the licensing requirements under the local codes for club licensing.
Residents’ Club and Sport Complex, Gold Coast, Tuen Mun, H.K.
The development is a low rise residence club house comprising mainly sport facilities including swimming pools, sport hall, sauna facilities, tennis courts etc. Total floor area is around 8,000m2 occupying a site of around 7,000m2. The scope of consultancy included the design and the project administration of all M & E systems.
